These dishes come from worlds on or near the Hydian Way. From Galactic north to south the represented planets include:
Bonadan/Corporate Sector (Other planets include Ammuud and R’alla)
Telos - Home to humans, Ithorians, Twi’lek, and Duros.
Botajef - A former Kwa world.
Bandomeer - A former Kwa world.
Brentaal - A Core World that has embraced the ecologies and cuisines of other worlds, doubtless including the historic space-going races such as the Duros. Brentaal is at the intersection of the Hydian Way and the Perlemian Trade Route.
Aquilae - A colony of Duros.
Nordra - The inhabitants of this frozen world enjoy hot food.
Malastare - Home to a Gran colony.
Eraidu - "The Coruscant of the Outer Rim,” whose inhabitants have an accent that is "more Core than Core”. Undoubtedly their cuisine also follows these sentiments.
* = the ingredients are canon but the combinations are not. **The foods of Nordra are completely invented. Arkanian Sweet Milk Bread is an extrapolation from Arkanian Sweet Milk. Arkania is near but not on the Hydian Way.
Caf - The most popular of coffeine drinks.
Caffa - A popular coffeine drink.
Chav Tea - Found in tapcafes on Jedha.
Coffeine - A stimulating beverage.
Espcaf - This is a strong, dark coffeine served in small quantities.
Half-caf - A less strong caf drink.
Javarican espresso - A tasty but strong flavor.
Stimcaf - This is another strong type of caf.
Stim tea - Many find this a stimulating drink has the same effects as coffeine.
Tarine tea - This is a stimulating tea.
Vine-coffee (Vine-coffeine) - Ours comes from Belsavis.
And for our non-caf drinkers:
Mocao - This non-caf drink has a foamy cream top and a smooth taste. It is served hot.
Elba Water - This is a grain drink from Bonadan in the Corporate Sector. The Hydian Way starts at Bonadan.

For a Hydian Way twist, enjoy Ithorian starfruit or jewel-fruit syrup from the Hydian Way world of Telos or Hwotha berry syrup from the former Kwa worlds of Bandomeer and Botajef, which are also on the Hydian Way. [Howtha berries come from Dathomir, the Kwa homeworld. I am assuming they would be exported to the other Kwa worlds.]
Enjoy these breads with your favorite spread, such as: Bantha butter, beebleberry jelly, cloudberry jam, cloudberry jelly, crelnut butter, Corellian Traladon cheese spread, Ithorian jewel-fruit jam or Ithorian starfruit jam.
Alderaanian flatbread - The Commenor Run connects Alderaan with Brentaal.
Elba Bread from Bonadan in the Corporate Sector
Mealbread from Corellia. Brentaal’s ecology was largely replaced with that of other Core Worlds, such as Corellia and Chandrila. Brentaal is connected with Chandrila via the Perlemian Trade Route but Brentaal sits at the intersection of the Hydian Way and the Perlemian.
Munch-fungus bread - This Twi’lek bread is popular with the Twi’lek community on Telos.
Soaked Arkanian Sweet Milk Burrmillet Bread - This bread is made to our special recipe. Burrmillet is soaked in Arkanian Sweet Milk, which is like a creamy ale or mead, before being made into a bread. The bread is slightly sweet. Arkania is off of the Hydian Way.

Denuba Sandwich - A popular choice on Coruscant. Brentaal is connected with Coruscant via the Perlemian Trade Route.
Gartro Egg Sandwich - Add some *fermented nerf sausage, smoked nerf, poached icefish, skillet-roe, or Rodian Eel to your sandwich for a Nordra-inspired twist. Nordra is on the Hydian Way.
**Open-faced Sandwiches a la Nordra - Add Nordra meat toppings such as *fermented nerf sausage, smoked nerf, poached icefish, skillet-roe, and/or Rodian Eel to your open-faced sandwich.
Choose from bantha burgers, nerfburgers, squallburgers, or *Ammuudian Grazer burgers from Ammuud in the Corporate Sector. Brentaal’s ecology was largely replaced with that of other Core Worlds, such as Alderaan, Corellia and Chandrila. Nerfs originated on Alderaan but are found throughout the Core Worlds and through most of the galaxy. Squalls come from Chandrila. The home planet of the banthas is up for debate.
These are popular on cold worlds like Nordra.
Alderaan Stew with bantha meat, roast gorak bird, and Alderaanian grains and vegetables. The Commenor Run connects Alderaan with Brentaal.
*Ammuudian Grazer Steak Stew with Celanon Semi-Dry Sauce
Bedjie Dumplings and Broth - This dish comes from Aquilae, a colony of the Duros and is popular with the Duros of Telos.
*Blackback Stew - Blackback and Tintolive stew comes from Chandrila. Brentaal is connected with Chandrila via the Perlemian Trade Route. [Blackbacks are forest birds hunted on Chandrila. If they are hunted then they are edible. Tintolive trees are said to be able to be “processed” into a “foodstuff” by https://www.mithriltabby.com/starwars/galaxy/coreworlds.xhtml. Perhaps they have something like olives?]
Chale Soup - This is a think soup made from chale mush. Some like it as a drink. This dish comes from Telos and shows the influence of the Ithorians in rebuilding Telos after devastating wars.
* Hydian Way 4 Fish Stew - This dish is inspired by a Brentaali fish stew. It starts with coin-crabs from Taris (on the Hydian Way) and Burra fish (originally from Dathomir but which could have been exported to the former Kwa Hydian worlds of Bandomeer and Botajef). Then it adds Adegan eels from the now-extinct world of Ossus. Ossus was connected with Brentaal via the Perlemian Trade Route. The cooks of Brentaal have long maintained their stocks of Adegan eel for their stews. They have also kept up stocks of Eriaduan flow-mollusks, which are extinct on Eriadu. Brentaal is at the intersection of the Hydian and the Perlemian.
Nerf Steak Stew - Nerfs originated on Alderaan but this stew is popular in the Core Worlds, such as Brentaal, and throughout the galaxy.
Rycrit Stew - Rycrit meat comes from the Twi’lek homeworld and is popular with the Twi’lek community on Telos.
*Cojayav wings in an Arkanian Sweet Milk sauce - Cojayav wings are a popular item on Coruscant. I have added an Arkanian twist to this pan-galactic treat. Arkania is off of the Hydian Way.
Hubba chips - Popular with burgers.
Moss chips - These crispy snacks are popular on Core Worlds such as Brentaal. [It is popular on Core Worlds. I assume that includes Brentaal.]
Schroomchips - An alternative to hubba chips.
Scrambled Ooglata eggs from Telos - This dish shows the influence of the Ithorians in rebuilding Telos.
Soli Porridge - Soli is a native grain from Telos.
Corobb Salad - This is an Ithorian dish that is popular among the many Ithorian residents of Telos, which is on the Hydian Way.
Covado Salad - This is another traditional Ithorian salad from Telos.
Goatgrass Salad - This is served with Malastarian croutons, houjix cheese crumbles, and three-eyed Kinyenian potatoes. The dish comes from the Gran colony on Malastare. Malastare is on the Hydian Way.
Salad a la Chale - This Ithorian dish comes from Telos.
Ammuudian Grazer Steaks from Ammuud in the Corporate Sector

Goatgrass-stuffed Gamwidges - This treat is popular on the Gran colony on Malastare. It is served with a side of three-eyed Kinyenian potatoes. Malastare is on the Hydian Way.

*Blue Milk Yogurt Bowl with Cloudberries, Farrberries, or Beebleberries - This combination is especially popular on Nordra.
**Kakuvi and pultha cakes - The people of Nordra eat kakuvi and pultha cakes with their caf drink. Cakes include a candied bofa cake, which is made with lots of candied bofa fruit.
Shim-bay Crispa - This marvelous dessert is one of the best known dishes of Brentaal.
